Principle of Thick Film Heating Technology
An integrated heating circuit is formed by printing an insulating layer, resistance paste, and protective layer on the surface of the stainless steel substrate and sintering at high temperature. When powered on, the resistance layer heats up rapidly, and directly conducts heat to the water flowing through the pump body through the stainless steel wall, realizing instant heating.
